You seem to be very aggressive which can be a good thing but you might want to tone it down a bit.
Sample size is pretty small but it looks like your completing way too often in the SB.
I think you should tighten up a lot UTG and UTG+1 and stick to AK, AQs and pp's there. There's really no need to balance your range in early position at this level as most villains are rather clueless when it comes to the subject.
I'd maybe cut down on the cold calling as well. I usually associate cold calling wide ranges with the intent of floating or raising a lot of cbets and taking pots away from the pre flop aggressor in position. The problem is, its NL5 and you don't really outplay people. They outplay themselves, so stick to situations where you can valuetown them.
