My betting range on this flop would be JJ+ AJ-AKs with back door FD's and A2s. Checking everything else.

Thinking he would call with alot worse, when he raised my flop c-bet so small i thought he had some air in his range and decided to call because i thought their was a decent chance he would barrel the turn with his air and possibly the river depending on what card it was judging by how he was playing.

I think this was a mistake though, when he flats pre we can pretty much eliminate AA-KK from his range so im betting for value on the flop for sure, then by calling his re raise am i sacrificing to much value from the times he has 77-JJ and can't lay it down on the flop? Because he was definitely capable of flatting my 3 bet with junk and i think in this spot he will have air some % of the time also the nuts 66 and 22.

Looking at the hand now i don't think he has air anywhere near enough here to justify calling though as QQ on 226r is pretty nutted vs his range which i think is a lot wider than (66,22) and i think i should be re raising again for value and trying to get it in.

I think a better approach would be to 3bet bluff with small sizing with my AK-AJs hands to fold out his air and have equity when called and fold to a 4bet, also to 3bet JJ+ and get it in vs a 4bet.

    Thoughts?

    What is Villain's range to min-r pre? { JJ-22,broadways,Axs,SC's } ..?

    Does Villain ever min-r/f pre?
If so, we can eliminate some SC's and maybe QTo, KTo, maybe KJo,QJo,ATo. It's really hard to say about the Axs... depends on Villain... same with SC's, but to a lesser extent.

    Does Villain min-r/4-bet?
If so, then QQ+,AK is still in the min-r range, but then back out, so moot point.

My thought is that there are precious few 2's in Villain's range. It's more likely that Villain has JJ-77,A6s,76s,65s with the min-r OTF. If they will bluff min-r OTF, then probably all of their Ax and broadways take a stab with some equity.

What is it with this Villain and min-r's?

I have no idea why villain is min-raising this particular flop, but I think you played the hand fine FWIW. I'd go $3.10 for value on river however once it's clear you're ahead and stand a good chance of getting a call (unless villain filled up on the river).

Difficult to know if trying to get stacks in is a good idea on the flop without reads. I'm never folding QQ on this flop given action so far and it's doubtful that villain will stack off with 77-TT (and probably not JJ) if hero is clearly chomping at the bit to get the money in.

22 and 66 just isn't plausible btw as nobody at 10nl is raising the flop.
