10NL, monotone flop vs QQ

Player5 is 32/0 over 35 hands and seems to like to just call any pre-flop raise ahead. Don't remember seeing his cards at this point.
Player4 is 37/13 over 78 hands and seems unable to let go of anything AJo+, 22+. He's playing aggresively with his short stack and shoved preflop a couple of times in the last orbit or so and has yet to have anyone call him on it besides one time a smaller stack called him and they both flipped over unsuited broadways.
My thinking when raising was that I'd end up heads up with the short stacked Player4 who I most likely had beaten.
