10NL : Can i call preflop ?

Less than 50 hands on MP

(VP$IP/PFR [Street Aggression] 3-bet%)
BB : 47/9 [4 2 1] 4% over 66 hands.

Getting almost 4 to 1 on my call can i make it set mining with implied odds vs MP stack? I mean i cant call preflop and play the hand for its showdown value given the action and that it is 3 ways right?

1 fold, MP calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.40, 2 folds, BB raises to $1.10 all in, MP calls $1, Hero?

I'd just shove, we're more than likely ahead of his range here

You rate i got enough FE to get 60BBs effective stacks all in preflop even with the dead money of BB ?

well if we expect an unknown (which I do) to raise TT+ at the very least first time around then hell yea
