10NL AQo BTN, 3rd hand at the table

Both villains (HJ and SB) have folded pre-flop on the prior 2 hands.
PRE: I think I was busy opening tables, and either mis-clicked or flatted for FPS-tard reasons. I was actually surprised to see that I flatted a min-raise w/ AQo on the BTN when I was going over HH.
Normally I'd raise to ~$0.80 here. Thoughts?

OTF: When the min-raiser bets out, I'm thinking, "Yaaaaaaay! I disguised my hand and now I'm V-towning this tool." Then I get c/r 3-bet jammed by SB.
