Most times, there's a fair bit of flexibility in how much a person will call if he's going to call at all. You're well ahead of his range even if you make it somewhat on the narrow side, so try to extract more value.

OTT, since you think he's calling with a flush draw, bet somewhat more. If he already has a monster, you're likely to lose a big pot anyway, so make him pay to draw.
