Yes a little bigger (like: your standard cbet 2/3rd to 3/4 pot). You get value from flush draws, queens, lower trips and probably pocket pairs or AK who won't give up so easily on a paired flop.
He folded, so it was probably a blocking bet trying to get cheaply to showdown with a PP, or trying to get a cheap card with AK, or maybe he decided that it was too big to call with a flush draw, who knows.
