Default 10NL 6max hands, back at the tables

I've been back in forth with poker multiple times.
Last time I seriously played I moved up from 10 to 25nl pretty quickly. And bet it over 25k hands for 4BB/100+ I cant remember exactly.
Took a shot at 50nl, didn't go well got owed a tonne in EV.
    dropped back down.
Took another shot. Probably tried outplaying everyone, dropped a few buyins. hurt my ego. quit like a douche. Even though I was about breakeven in AIEV over th 8kish hands I played.

Anyhow, check up on 10nl hands, just getting my feet wet:
I need some thought processes fixed:

    Do we bet this?
Are crapper hands calling? and better ones folding?

Opp is nittish taggy over 50hands, thoughts are the turn card hits my raising range alot and will fold out PPs, plus I still have equity against this range as well as 10x. I like three Barelling even though it'll be spewish.

Also, is the default betsize now 3x + 1 per limper.
When I was playing It was always 4x + 1, well for 10nl and 25nl anyhow

Canada; the country all tucked away down there...
    1) sure you can bet here....there are lots of AX hands and some FD's here that you can bet against.

    2) I'm betting about $1.50 so pretty close. If he caught a piece of this he cant fold....

    3) Good card to barrel imo, but he called the flop when it was multiway which makes me think he's not going to fold as often here

    4) I likely fold to his raise

    5) No reason to donk imo. You can call his cbet, you're ahead of his betting range imo.

    6) Not sure preflop, dont bet the turn, too many chances for another player to have the flush
