Villain is 15/13 steals 40% - nearly always for a minraise

I am 12/10 - and if he has any idea, resteal 6% playing 24 tables

I believe i made 2 mistakes in this hand
*c/r the flop
*c/r the flop - with no plan of how to react to a reraise (as if im honest i never expected to get reraised on the flop)

I thinka typical 100nl player expects me to c/r a FD here, perhaps 66 and perhaps a Q (although i probably never have 66 here)

Should i have c/r the flop?
What do we do now - and plan for later streets if
Turn is a or a
