Default [5NL] KQs IP, 3-way pot...raise or fold?

UTG - 29/18 through 68 hands. Usually liked to limp, this was evident as he had no cbets stats due to not having the betting lead going to a flop.

    MP
    - 13/12/6 (3bet) through 68 hands. This was first cbet villain was facing so no fold to cbet stats.

The only note I had was that MP had just flat called a 3bet OOP with AA.

    PokerStars - $0.05 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
    Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

    BB: $7.79
    UTG: $5.20
    MP: $7.41
    Hero (CO): $11.30
    BTN: $5.34
    SB: $14.34

SB posts SB $0.02, BB posts BB $0.05

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.07) Hero has Q K

UTG raises to $0.15, MP calls $0.15, Hero calls $0.15, fold, fold, fold

    Flop: ($0.52, 3 players) 5 J K
UTG bets $0.35, MP calls $0.35, Hero ???

Looking back at the hand, I absolutely hate my call pre. I feel I should raise or fold, calling is disgusting.

Because of this dumbass call, I have no idea where I stand on the flop. I know this time I should be raising or folding, what is the better option?

I probably call pre-flop with KQs and 3-bet with KQo.

You don't know where you stand on any flops unless you have a really strong hand or a really weak one, so I don't see why it matters. Just play against their ranges. I probably call the flop.

Why do you 3bet with KQo?

    Turn: ($1.57, 3 players) 9
UTG bets $0.75, MP calls $0.75, Hero ???

    Easy fold now right?

Because I don't think you can call with it profitably, but I know you can 3-bet with it profitably. And easy fold on the turn.

That's interesting, I would usually do that the other way around.

    Mind the gap.

It's all about how often they continue after you raise. If you want to keep the strongest hands in your range when they continue, but they fold too much, then you can 3-bet your middle or weak hands and call with your strong hands. This provides you with good equity PRE and POST flop against players with drastically unbalanced lines.
