"exploitable" and "being exploited" are very different. i suspect in this case we're dealing with the former and not the latter. this is 5nl. most of our opponent probably don't actually understand what "explotation" is.
regardingt he hand, i could be wrong but i think 3bet/calling this flop gets our money in against hands which have us crushed or are basically flipping. and 3b/folding a hand like this on this board is pretty bad too imo
edit: also, villain is a reg flatting from the SB vs a HJ (i think?) open in a likely-to-be HU pot. i think your range is too optimistic in that it contains too many flush draws.
