Only 30 hands on villain, 70/44. nothing else really with enough hands to be significant.
Im 99% sure here after his c/r that hes either holding a set or is holding two smaller hearts, but due to the kind of player he is (or lack thereof) i thought it was very likely he was drawing with the A of hearts.

So my question is, should i just call the flop here intending to shove if turn isnt a heart (and if it is a heart, evaluate) or straight up overshove the flop considering that hes already committed himself with that raise to hands like 2prs and sets?
also, thoughts on me potting the flop as last to act?

He often has smaller flushes here too.

I like the big flop bet. You need to build a pot.

I'd just shove. He's clearly committed. You're crushing his range of sets, two pair, tp+fd, overs+nfd, and flushes. And when he does have a hand like fd+pair, he might shut down on the turn.
