The games at the microstakes are typically incredibly passive so you can play a lot of hands without risking much, so its not unreasonable that those loose players are winning. With a solid 19/8 game youd be killing these tables though, so your problems are most likely coming from your postflop game. I dont remember my stats at 10nl and they are on another computer, but I was pretty tight, but they were something like 12-15/3-6 [a general range I think I fell in] and over my 10k hands there I beat the game for 10ptbb/100. Its a small sample but Im positive if you have a decent postflop game you could replicate that. When I was playing I followed pretty close to AOKs strategy with a few changes and not much thought to my play. Just start posting some hands and fixing your leaks.
