$ transfer question

I haven't used PartyPoker in over a year and today they sent me a free $15. I played around w/ the free money and made a few bucks. Once I clear the bonus, can I transfer that money to my EmpirePoker account? Both accounts are under the same email address if that makes a difference. If not, could I transfer it from my Party account to a friend's Empire and have him transfer it to my EP account?
