#1) I don't mind calling that flop, but make a real raise on the flop, make it $1 to $1.20. You'd have still lost here, but that's not the issue. Don't minraise. As played, I'm folding to that push to all but the worst of maniacs.

Actually, after looking again, PF you actually might fold as you have several players behind you, or raise for isolation and to get position postflop.

#2) Although I have a hard time folding against many $5nl players (who tend to think AK or any pocket pair is worth an allin), I expect to lose fairly often here as AA or KK is probably the most common hands they'll have.
