I thing that manage tilt is one of the most important things in poker.
Could you tell me What is the best way to avoid tilt?

I just walk away from the game for a day or two. That's what works for me. If that doesn't work, drink some V8. |

Take a break if tilt is affecting your decisions you should take some time away from poker and compose yourself. |

If you have more tournaments to play, i suggest forget the badbeat, and you don't, forget the badbeat and go watch a serie or film. |
