Analysis:

PFR with a powerhouse hand in the best position. Have to build the pot so I can win big if the circumstances are good.

BB calls; read on villain is aggressive and donkish

On the flop I bet $10 which is usual for a relatively decent flop I have a middle pair and NLD with decent counterfeit protection. Get raised pot size but the stacks are deep so I peel

Turn is interesting. Villain tanks a lot and then finally pots it. I don't think he would take this long if he had something nuts like A34, and even if he does, with my 2 pair + flush + 2nd nut low I have some chances against the dreaded A34 that I'm heavily discounting based on read and timing tell, so I'm pretty happy getting it in.

When I see he has a straight only so I got 12 outs for the scoop, giving me some 65% equity.

I missed (only got a split) 2 similar big freerolls like this today, but you'd expect to average 1/3 in these situations.

This is why PL08 >>> NL08 - in NL he could check raise all in and I would probably have to fold or call as a small dog.

Also hands like 789J: don't play them - if you make a straight you're often getting yourself freerolled
