    Default Omaha hi-lo question

OK. You're in a three-handed cash game. You pick up Th 8h 4d 3h on the big blind. Button folds, small blind completes, and you check. The small blind is an aggressive player who raises occasionally pre-flop but applies a lot of pressure post-flop with big bets and raises. Several hands earlier this same player pushed the other guy off a hand with a huge re-raise and showed down a combo draw - nut flush draw, wraparound straight draw, and a decent low draw with no made hand.

The flop comes Ah Td 6h, giving you a pair of tens, the second best possible low draw, and the fourth best possible flush draw. The other player leads out with a bet of 2/3 of the pot. You like your draw considering the hand has basically turned into heads-up play, so you raise substantially. The other player with not much hesitation goes all in for almost the entire pot, which has quickly swelled. You're getting roughly 2:1 to call.

Do you call? Does your answer change if this is the final three in an SnG rather than a cash game?

I've never been a fan of pumping draws in PL/NL games, however, going ALL-IN with a monster draw is totally different, because your opponent might fold. And you're most likely on the draw because I doubt your pair of Ts is good.

A rule of semi-bluffs is it's only +EV when there's a chance your opponent folds, and in this case, he raised, which is terrible for you.
take your ego out of the equation and judge the situation dispassionately

ou have the 3rd best low draw as 23 and 24 beat you.

I think the kind of behaviour from your opponent indicates a strong but vanurable hand (maybe a set of 6 or T).

    I would call

That seems like a clear fold. All you have is a pair of tens, which is probably behind even given your read of the player, unless he is making these plays with excessive frequency (even if he does only have a draw, you're still not a big favorite for high), and a second nut low. You're probably drawing for high, possibly even close to drawing dead, which means you're probably only playing for half the pot, and he may even have a better or the same low draw. Fold and move on to the next hand.

I would've just called on the flop.

    Awful hand. Raise it why?

Weak low, weak flush, weak holdings. You have NO nut draws. NONE.

I go AI on a strong draw. I don't go AI with several weak draws when my odds of scooping are slim and I'm basicly drawing to win half the pot.

I cbf working the idea out more, but I'm guessing it's a marginal call at best. Fold.
