ehh, it was sooo humid down there that the lens would fog up every time we took it outside, so like 2/3 or our pictures have smudges like that. The humidity actually made our camera completly die and the nits at best buy wont honor my warranty because they said its corroded, even though the warranty clearly covers humidity damage.
I mean... youre gonna let that slide? If your warranty clearly covers humidity which would then cause corrosion then they cant void your warranty. You might have to settle for store credit or some shit, but I wouldnt just let them straight up deny you.
oh, im not letting it slide at all. I talked to the manager, who apparently doesnt know anything, and it is being sent back to the geek squad, or whatever. The guy that i talked to the first time didnt feel that it was important to put the humidy part in his report. It will be a store credit, but thats all i want to get a newer camera.
