$100 NL , how's this KQ line

Villain has been playing agressively and raising a lot of draws. He's been playing fishy.. chasing all overs and draws as well, so I labelled him somewhat of a call centre. Continuation betting certainly wasn't winning any pots straight up..

I checked through this flop since I knew he would call with any pocket or midpair.. how's this line? Is this a turn fold?

I dont think the turn raise is bad at all, I play it the same. However, when I get 3bet big, Im ditching it. As played I really dont know. The river push looks big, but given our stack it isnt a big bet. The river "helped" our hand, but do we really think we are going to see a hand other than AK or KJ enough to make this profitable? If he is a complete maniac then I probably call, but I dont really like it. I dont know if we can fold after calling the turn.

Given your description of villain call as played. I'd fold the turn though unless he was a complete nut.

Yah, I raised the turn since I figured his bet could have been a jack or a heart draw. I suppose I should have let this go after the re-raise, since it was a substantial raise.

I suppose once I see this river, I'm pot stuck no matter what the card?

Fold to his turn rereraise. As played probably call river, you are getting 3:1 on your call.

I still bet this flop. Chances are it will buy you a free card if you don't hit and set up calls when you actually do have a hand. Don't get in the habit of not betting when you don't have a hand as you wont get paid when you do.

I don't like the turn raise at all given the way you played it, but I also think his reraise is a bit fishy. I still can't call it though and had you cbet the flop and bet the turn too, it would be a lot easier fold if he checkraises you big.

I guess I checked the flop since I didn't see the point in betting at a call center. Would you be betting at this flop to take it down, or for value?

If you know you can't take it down, since he's a call center, then why bet? This is ofcourse assuming that since he's a call center, when you do have a hand, he will call you down anyways.

if you bet half pot, its a good bet if they fold at least 1/3 of the time. calling stations fold the flop often enough to make flop betting easier.
