$1/2 5max - AK 3bet pot

    Default $1/2 5max - AK 3bet pot

Villain is a bad reg running 27/21 with a fold to 3bet of 33%.
    Seems like a suspicious player.

Thoughts on flop and turn? (I usually bet smaller on the flop in this spot)

Is there value in shoving this river?

Of course instaship river. I like a slightly smaller turn bet.

I don't like betting the river here. Your opponent is either on a draw or has you crushed with a set. If all he had was a Queen, you would've seen a raise on the turn most likely. If he missed his draw (most likely in this case) you win nothing with your bet. If he has you crushed with a set, you lose your last $97. No win situation for betting. Even if he only has a one-pair hand (the only hand you beat if he calls) there is no guarantee that he will call with just a pair of queens, and there is no way he was drawing with a naked ace and no other pair that whole time.
