good point about history...he's likelier to raise the flop with >AK. and the 2 doesn't help him usually...a draw is likely enough to call imo. like 54ss or T9s.

I don't like checking the turn because there's so many bad river cards for villain...any club, 7, 8, Q, K.
i'd rather bet big to get ai on the turn. it's unlikely we're beat - villain wouldn't...
what'd u talk about? i'm sure i'm missing something here if u guys talked so long.
OK..my question is whether rr'ing meh hands like KTo is better than calling and raising flops in a situation with a decent/mediocre tag MP and u r in CO or BTN and without much history. gah this...
heh ok so here's an IM about this

[02:59] : kind...
also lol @bigspenda
i think the ? goes on the flop too...turn seems obv as bet, like to have AI by river.
i sort of like CIB type 3betting..but it's not a good spot to bluff, at least more than once in a while imo.
i'd try to figure out his 3betting range. maybe it's high cards, or maybe its...
winning a lot of small pots is more and more important now imo.
mine varies too, on average it's 8.
random post, hopefully not vague..but anyway, i've been questioning the importance of being dominated:
for example, if i'm in the BB with KTo and the BTN is calling my 3bet with KQs, AQ, AJs, 88+...
O RLY?
I like to make bets big enough to settle the matter in a street or two.
i completely agree with galapogos. when he bet 18 on the turn, it looks like a J or something...
good post, ty. i was hasty and just shoved over, should've called to see what MP1 did. MP2 somehow showed me KK...weird...still started wondering if i should assume in full ring i'm beat too often...
so call the flop, then fold if he bets 7/8/club, maybe T or A? or just evaluate by his bet size/timing?
been donking in full ring lately, and wasn't sure what to do here. would u fold?
MP2 is 20/5 over 150ish hands, and insta hit the pot button on the flop. i'm running 20/18 and have isolated MP2...
i usually just look at it as another blind...i steal a lot.
his rr size looks like a tag type, so i think it's an ok play, especially if he c-bets everything. it's good to show him you're tricky and not going to be pushed off hands so easy.
also 87s doesn't...
krantz just posted a 25-50 hu video on deucescracked that was vvv good even for 6max.
i'm not saying i know how...i actually am just getting back to even after 100k+ hands and a 30+ BI swing myself...but there are ways to have a good win rate and not swing as much.
some things that...
normally i expect villain to think a shove is a set or flush...so i'd just bet 80. then he'll at least call, and can't check behind.
imo his flop range is mostly pairs or ace high with a str8 draw...most ppl don't fold that HU for 2 normal-ish bets especially if they think u have 8x or bluffs.
i think he expects you to have <AT and call. one thing is 22/18 is less likely to overbet as a bluff than like 30/15, and i don't see overbet bluffs much either way at (ub) 1-2. the other is if a...
i might be wrong, but i bet Dean's opening enough that a decent tag is 3-betting quite a bit with <AQ...unless there's some other read/dynamic going on at least.
and yea, i'd blast the c-bets...
why is calling pre a leak? lots of tags auto 3-bet me w/ AT+, occasionally any Axs...not to mention random SCs high cards.
