I can 3b him more as he has a loose opening range. I should make my 3b size bigger though so he's not getting odds for set mining.
Post flop is where I need to do a lot of work. How do you...
and calls a 3 bet with them also. I have to assign him a wider range in future. Probably plays all pairs like this I'd imagine and from any position.
Thanks for all the replies I really appreciate it...
I bet again on the river as I honestly thought I was ahead here. He shoved over and I had to call 3 dollars to win 17 so I called and he showed...
Thanks for the replies. I'm used to playing sit and go's and have just started playing cash. My post flop play needs MAJOR work so bare with me if the thinking below is poor. I also understand my bet...
Apologies, he hadn't been at the table too long, maybe 20 hands or so. His vpip was 6, pfr was 6 from what I can remember. Didnt have too much to go on apart from that.

whats your play here? limper was limping a lot of hands. he was loose aggressive. blinds were going up in 1 minute. It's either a shove or a fold but which and why? havent run this thru wiz. forgive...
if you've no real reads early on and are worried how to play it then just fold... dont second guess yourself, make your decision an easy one and muck 'em
totally agree with this line... call and see a flop. shoving is to risky here.
thanks for the replies...
I sanyone folding this? at the time of the hand my first thought was folding and hoping UTG would get knocked out but I guess I have to call/shove over due to the...

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, 3.4 Tournament, 100/200 Blinds (4 handed) -...
at the $3.40's I shove over pre flop. you'll get called often enough to make it a profitable play. at higher levels play as TLR states. :D
cheers jason
as the thread subject suggests I am moving over to cash from playing SnG's. I haven't played much cash at all... (less than 1000 hands).
I am generally wanting to improve my cash game as I want to...

I guess it wasnt the right hand to post, your right. I think that because I've been out for a while I was maybe just overly eager to post a hand lol.
thanks though, I guess I needed that lol
i wasnt being results orientated. I've been out for a while and wated aline check and to see, maybe if anyone played it differently!!
cheers. I called and he showed K-Jo. I'm trying to work on putting villains on ranges but as drmcboy states it doesnt matter on this hand as I'm calling anyway, especially at these stakes.
