I probably call unless villain is incapable of making this move without a boat. Raising shouldn't even be a consideration here, against any opponent.

Also.. there's a lot of missing information that would help in analyzing the hand.. most notably how many players there are, stakes, preflop action, etc.

Kinda tricky. Mostly because of your weak bet on the turn. That really screws things up.

You bet the flop repping the J or an overpair. He calls, repping the J or draw.

You bet the turn weak repping an overpair, because it looks like you're afraid of the J. He calls repping the draw or a weak J.

You bet the river which looks like a blocking bet. So he can safely put you off the Jack. If he has the J or a flush, he can make this move. Therefore, I think you have to call. It's unfortunate, because I think you're probably beat with the way you repped your hand. It's very possible that he has JT, slow played set, or a higher flush. Furthermore, he could actually be bluffing, but it's unlikely.

Opponent has a higher flush, fold.
You should never wave at people you don't know, cause what if they don't have a hand. They'll think you're cocky. "Look what I got motherfucker, this thing is useful, I'ma go pick somethin up."

    Probably fold against most players.

What hands can you beat here?

Call. I don’t think he even puts you on a J since you bet too weak on the turn. He may have a J himself. If he has the flush he may have a lower flush (playing low SC). I call.

I said fold. I believe you played it like you had a draw, and he knew that. I put him on a full house that let you catch up.

    Bet more on the river.

Turn is ok against some opponents. Against stronger opponents you need to bet at least $40 or check.
