To Play:
1) Reply saying you're in and how many squares (if you don't say an amount you will default to 2 for $20).
2) Ship $20-$100 via one of the below methods:
PokerStars: swanseaj
Full Tilt Poker: Pascal Lefiscal
PayPal: email removed. [NOTE: If you send money via Paypal, make sure you select Personal > Gift]
3) Tell us you shipped the money, we will confirm and update the list.
MAKE SURE YOU TELL US WHO THE HELL YOU ARE.
If your forum name is bigred you need to let us know what your Tilt/Stars username is, or the e-mail you sent money via Paypal. If you don't want this information public, you can PM me.
Details and How to Win
Each square costs $10. To participate you must purchase a minimum of 2 for $20, and can purchase up to 10 for $100. This will make the total prize pool $1,000.
Once all 100 squares are purchased, the final list will be placed in random order. Your name will appear on this list for as many squares as you purchased.
Example
Pascal
givememyleg
givememyleg
a500lbgorilla
bigred
etc.
We will then use http://www.random.org/sequences/ to assign each name a number.
Example
81 Pascal
64 givememyleg
52 givememyleg
55 a500lbgorilla
43 bigred
etc.
This number will be your square on the grid.
The numbers along the x and y axis of the grid will also be randomly selected using http://www.random.org/sequences/ by SOMEONE OTHER THAN ME so yal don't think I'm cheating.
So we will end up with something like below:
(Note this is not the official grid)
So based on this example, the numbers we would have are
Example
Pascal: 1,3
givememyleg 2,2
givememyleg 5,4
a500lbgorilla 2,0
bigred 9,8
Prizes
If your numbers match the ending number of each team, you will win
1st Quarter: $125
2nd Quarter: $250
3rd Quarter: $125
4th Quarter: $500
Winners
If you win, we can discuss a method that is most convenient for you and the escrow. Since there may be shuffling issues (money spread across Stars, Tilt, Paypal), it may take a few days after the Superbowl to receive your coin. You will be contacted via PM.
If We Don't Sell Out
Obviously the prize pool will be less depending on how many squares were sold. For example, let's say we sell 60 squares, that leaves 40 remaining, for a prize pool of $600. Prizes would then be:
Q1: $75
Q2: $150
Q3: $75
Q4: $300
The 40 squares that are leftover will be randomly given out in a lottery. However many squares you purchased is how many entries you will have in the lottery.
