Am I the only who who walked away feeling dissapointed? The only parts I thought were really funny was the people on the subway in NYC threatening to punch him and the politicians trying to talk to Borat about his gay sex romp in his hotel room. The rest of it was just stupid.

The naked fight scene was wonderful, but what really made the movie great for me were all the subtle moments where something absolutely hilarious would take place, and then they'd move on pretending that nothing happened. For example, the bear's head in the refrigerator, or when he says "Listen pussycat, smile a bit" to that feminist.

I think the best scene was certainly when hes at the bed and breakfast and he finds out that the owners are jewish. That expression on his face is priceless.

That was an amazing night, I was in boston visiting freinds and we ended up going 11 or 12 deep on saturday. I was rocking my kazakhstan nomads rugby jersey and was beyond shitfaced. The best part of it all was that one of my freinds girlfreinds roomates was jewish and was not amused one bit.

And cohen and the director are lauhging about how the writing on his clipboard is in hebrew and that he speaks some gibberish and some hebrew when he switches langauges. I recently heard from a friend that those kids in the camper van are suing for defamation. Apparently, they signed the release forms in a bar, while legally drunk, after the producers bought them drinks. Which gives a good chance that the release forms will be discounted, and that the kids win the lawsuit. This is just hearsay from a friend though.

yah I saw it the second time and was on the look out for a lot of the little throw away lines. I think my favorite is at the end of the church scene he says "ok, me and my freind mr. jesus will go to california to take pamela!" Pretty much saying that he is going to enlist the help of jesus to forcefully have sex with a woman, lol.
