Best Ribeye in Vegas

Recs on best Ribeye in Vegas? Current favorite is delmonico's. Outside of vegas i'm a big fan of morton's.

I don't have a lot of experience eating ribeye steaks in Vegas, but here is a list of what I've tried.

Nine Steakhouse (Palms, 2006) --- This was not a good experience. The steak was tough and a meal for two ran me about $200 with tip at the time.

Bellagio Buffet (Bellagio, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009) --- I really enjoyed the ribeye here and would high recommend it.

Sahara (Sahara, 2006, 2007, 2008) --- I don't recall the name of the restaurant inside the Sahara, but spent two weeks there in December of 2006-2008. The ribeye was so-so and with diner prices (about $20 for the meal I think).

Sorry I don't have any more to add. Hopefully some of our more experienced Vegas-goers will have more input for you.

I've been in two steakhouses in Vegas and had an excellent, all-round experience in both. One was called the Golden Steer and the other was at the top of Binion's. That said, I'm British, so any steak tastes great to me compared to the shit we call steak over here.

Tripadvisor has Vic and Anthony's Steakhouse listed as the best restaurant in Vegas, so fair to assume that will deliver top-class ribeye. Has anybody on FTR been there?
