Is semibluff turn optimal? I called his cbet thinking I could make a play at the turn. When he checks to me I decide to check it down and valuebet thin. Player is typical tight player at these stakes just associate him with all the Joe Smoes that play these limits.

the HH you posted does not show suits

on the river you're saying you expected him to call with 99 or worse?

I'd bet the turn and check river
