I'm pretty much all-in on Gabe being a villager here.

And yeah he's got law stuff but he's had law stuff every damn game for years now

ong is a wildcard but lets keep him. way better for the game than hoopy right now. i'm sticking on jkds because theres more of a read there about him than anyone else in the bucket of potential wolves

Gabe can lead the village by the nose as a wolf, I've seen him do it (gabe, that game where I seered you and sat in silence for half a day while you led us on a merry dance)

But I'm still pretty comfortable that he's a villager. His enthusiasm is hard to fake

Oh and his 'bottom posters' plan has echoes of his 'catch and release' idea a few games back. He was villager there.

Quick perusal of Vikings game has JKDS "nowhere to be found." kinda interesting. But Loki is a wolf and a special so not sure what to make of that.

also of note from Vikings game, Ong being called "TWTBAW" (by Dhuber) but he was really TWTBAV.

also of note, BID was all up in Ong's shit, proclaiming he was an expert Ong reader.

I've never found the "If I were a wolf, I'd..." defenses because frankly they're usually not true, especially for someone with a wolf range like Ong's.

I know this because I've found myself using that defense as a wolf.

I'll use these kind of defences as both wolf and villager. But look at it from my pov... I get up today, and see that I'm not in as much trouble as before I went to bed. Great. Then I start talking. Jkds is typically hard to lynch. He's also worth saving for any wolf team. Which makes me agree with you ong that he is probably town.

Well it was a pretty recent push and it came from a likely villager (gabe) so I'm not willing to town jkds on this alone.

That said, I still prefer ong and I wouldn't mind a swing back to him

If/when JKDS flips wolf, I'm bolding BID and never changing. Ong is creeping up my radar with his odd play.

Baud/Gabe on the same V-team isn't even fair. Love it.

Shooting Hoopy or BID, regardless of JKDS flip, has to be profitable.

if JKDS flips wolf I'd shoot BID
if JKDS flips village I'd shoot Hoopy

Theory is that if W Hoopy sees V JKDS take the lead there he's not stepping out of the shadows to make it a runaway.

Well I'm obviously not endorsing shooting me, and hero shots are risky. I'd say drew is a good shot tonight because of the danger of him being a distraction in future days or ending up in the endgame inactive.

In what sense is he a distraction? Why more so than anyone else? What is this "distraction" thing in the context of werewolf?

He is a distraction if he doesn't really participate. He becomes a problem we need to get rid of at the expense of the far better information we gain from a more normal lynching where we can analyse the wagon post event.

Can't say I'm surprised. Jkds's reputation will mean wolves will be happy. Bound to be some on the wagon. Towards the end there was little point piling on so not switching to jkds late is not indicative of being a villager. Ongs switch is obv nit incriminating due to self preservation, but his rescind is gets no v points as it didn't make a difference and he could easily switch back if he was under pressure without looking bad due to self pres.

Hoopy 's jkds vote seems stupid if he's a wolf.

Given ong was the counter wagon knowing his role would be very useful for analysing the wagon.

Ong is number one preference for the vig because of this.

Angel and seer should randomise between gabe, rilla and baudib.

If all three of those are wolves we're fucked anyway.

I think this has been the most enjoyable day one of any game I've played. Not sure why.
