reading back... i'm not sure its clear to people offline at the time, but the thread seemed to have a lot of energy for a while but wuf was absent. he didnt argue the conviction that he had, instead wuf just mentioned it, and left. thats how i view it

I think ong has been more retarded than I've ever seen him before. Not sure if that's wolfy (I've seen him ail miserably on else as a wolf in a game I modded) or of it means he is posting free from the need to be careful.

after thinking about this i've decided im not bolding baud, ong, rong, rascal or rilla today because of the above image. there is a big drop off as you can see. i love the chances us 6 are all confident villagers posting freely.
i think it would be very good for the village to focus on people in the bottom half. if we agree that this has historically been a good test of wolfiness, then we can agree to lynch someone from the bottom half. anyone bolding a player in the top of half will be seen as wolfy by me from this point forward today

Okay that Gabe thing set me back. Since the beginning, I've been seeing it through the lens that he made a ridiculous claim then cleared himself for it. After he clarified I basically had to reset and reread again.

Which reverts me to the most standard policy lynch. BID hasn't showed up. He has forgotten about games before, not showing up for up to like ten days. Plus in the sign up thread he said he would be gone after the 6th. This means that he could be absent for most of the early game and/or he would be absent during the endgame, where it's imperative that nobody is absent.

Interesting that gabe has suddenly switched his attention to post counts. They had some correlation with wolfiness in the past, but these days with this group I don't think they're much help.

Also, you're forgetting what else often correlates to low post count.
its also a way to build consensus between villagers. its monitored by a neutral party (which is me, so im gving up my vote) so the results cant be manipulated.
the only sneaky potential here is if im a wolf orchestrating this because the other wolves are frequent posters (and thus we would want to target lowcount posters). its VERY unlikely there are multiple wolves posting this frequently, thus its hard for me to be a wolf
finally i admit i usually prefer to just soulread everyone and not do it so mechanlcally, but this seems like a good solution for such a stark group of low posters. hard to get reads on people who are scared to post ya know?
