Aznchicks aka baudib has been mod killed.

He was a regular villager with no special powers.

Because he was such a good sport inside and out of this game (plus he offered to mod help me prior to this game), baudib will be modding this redic anon game with me. As far as his powers go vs mine, they are the exact same. No action or decision will be made without the consensus of both mods.

Glad I got modkilled. I was really not feeling this game with Duck outing me so early, plus Drew made a mistake in clarifying something that would effectively clear me. That kinda ruined it as either A.) my bandwagon would still be hot and heavy and the discussion would break down into rules technicalities or B. the wolves would be forced to nom me really early even though I was looking like mislynch bait.

anyway, if you guys are just going to auto mislynch me every game I won't even bother playing but will continue to help mod.

+ felt the whole situation was really unfair to the wolves so killing me off is more than fair.

Never reveal is anti-village. The main appeal to an anonymous game is that it negates kill choices based on reputation. This means revealing after dead doesn't do much to help the wolves. However, it does a ton to help the village since we get to go back over the players' posts with knowledge of who they are, how they think, etc.

My guess is the wolves would have figured this out and wanted to push for "never reveal" since it helps them, but it seems everybody and their moms have jumped on that wagon...

The story:

They were all there on Friday night, as they had gathered for years. The routine had given them much-needed structure in their lives. The circle had grown over time, from a handful to a dozen or so. Occasionally, a member would stop coming, sometimes they had made a real recovery and moved on to productive, happier lives. Others were less lucky, and quickly relapsed and either returned to the safety of the group. A few had met an unfortunate and all too predictable fate. Those were never heard from again.

In recent months, the group had been infiltrated. It was the ultimate betrayal of trust: The sweet and innocent members of Gamblers Anonymous had been targeted by a small group of sick, degenerate poker players. On the outside they looked the same, and some even loved to gamble, but at heart they were really analytical, math-oriented creatures looking to prey on the more trusting members of society.


Horrified, the gamblers vowed to purge their once-pure community clean of the card sharks. Wolves, they called them.


Unfortunately for the innocent gamblers, they had already fallen into the wolves' trap: After the GA meeting, the group agreed to play a friendly home game: two tables of No Limit Texas Hold'em and pot-limit Omaha. The gambling addicts were wary at first, but assured by the sick poker players that this was a game of skill, they reasoned that it wouldn't violate the program by playing a friendly game of cards.


What they didn't know was the real stakes: not money, but their very souls.

I'm not sure it makes a big difference either way, I just voted never reveal because I think it's more fun. Besides, even if never reveal does work out more favorable to the wolves then it just brings a little more balance to the 12v3 setup.
