Since he's open raising a tight range preflop he's continuing to a lot of 3bets so 3betting light doesn't seem like a good strategy, i'd probably 3bet for value only QQ+. Flat AK JJ whether we have position or not.
His cbet is fairly low so we could cold call hands that flop well trying to hit a big flop, and taking the pot down when checked to with a profitable bluff. Also if we flop a decent draw we can call more often especially on draws that are somewhat disguised as when he cbets the flop he bets the turn a decent % of the time as well so he's more likely to have a value hand increasing our implied odds.
Also he's not 3bet bluffing so we can fold happily to his 3bets unless we have a hand we wanna get stacks in with pre. We should steal his blinds relentlessly as he's folding far too often.

Those pre-flop stats are not converged, but they sure feel the same from all positions, except for the higher stats in the SB, but that could just be calling limped pots to set mine.
This player's VPIP range is roughly

So there's about no chance you see SC's and S1G's are out of the question. Mostly, this villain plays with mid to big pairs and broadways from any position.
PFR:

maybe 66+ in place of AJo or KTs.
3-bet @ 3%
{ JJ+,AQs+,AKo }
maybe trade out AQs for TT. This villain is not 3-betting 99 or less often, except maybe from SB.
Villain's fold to steal from SB and BB are both high enough that a min-bet every time you have the chance is going to elicit a nice profit.
Villain really only squeezes with the 3-betting frequency, so he's not bluffing those spots.

right, he's not doing anything different in any pos. so obv if we have pos on him we can pretty much get out of the way , especially in a BU/CO situation where normally a nit will start to widen out . this guy is still only opening 8%...
I he has pos on us in the same scenario then we can open up our range vs. him and he basically becomes a non entity.(im thinking in a vacuum so where im and pos are the only pre-fl dynamics
find out quickly whether and how he is scared of sets postflop
find out quickly whether he notices bet-sizing

Given our calling range, and our limited 3-bet value range, what is our 3-bet/folding range?
His fold to 3bet is 58.3% so he's continuing to 41.7% of 3bets, do we know how much hes calling vs 4betting? Surely we can't assume he's 4betting 100% of the time he continues to a 3bet.
Also interestingly hes folding 1/3 of the time to a 4bet so he's 3bet folding.
So i'm assuming he's folding the bottom 1% of his 3.2% 3bet range to a 4bet.
MMM when you say IP do you mean the BTN?
I'd be flatting suited connectors 45s-89s PP's.
I think we would make most of our money taking flops IP vs this guy as he seems to play pretty straight forward, hence 54% cbet, he's cbetting when he hits and maybe big/medium draws not much air if any, and he follows up on the turn 44% of the time probably if he hits his draw or has a value hand. So we can bet 1/2 or 2/3 pot every time he checks cos we will be getting enough folds to profit.
Pre:
- Mining hands with big implied odds in posn, avoiding hands with big reverse implied odds against villain's range e.g. AJ
- Stealing like crazy if on our left (preferred) with a smaller open e.g. 2.2bb.
- Villain not positionally aware. 3betting 5% range for value and including some bluffs in late position. Only 4betting kk+ for value.
Post-flop:
- Cbetting most flops, only betting turn with value hands and scare cards.
- Tightening up my calling range and sticking with pre-flop plan for the hand with hands like TT in position on low dry boards.
