Extracting value with quads/bet sizing against full house/flush

I am not sure about what range to put my opponent in this spot and how to extract value.
The converter didn't feel like working when I copied the info directly from the hand history like displayed in the FAQ, so I had to do it manually.
Villain was about a 25/15 solid player over ~100 hands, that I saw make some good calls and laydowns. I am around 33/24 at this point, and he knows that I don't make any funky bluffs, as I've shown good hands at showdown the past couple of hands. The rest of the table was fairly tight.
He raised from UTG +1 and I decided to call him from QJo in position on him. Right now I think his range is 22 - AA, QJs, KQs, KQo, Axs+, ATo+

Flop:
I flop trips and decided to just flat his bet. He would be doing this with any hand in his range besides a Jack or 66, and I don't want to chase him out. I do think he's capable of taking the line of making a bet making it look like a c-bet with a Jack or 66, but not very likely.
Turn:
He bets $0.70 into $0.94. I believe he knows that I'm capable of floating the flop on this board, so I still include a flush draw, KQs+ and Axs+, and any pair. I still decide to flat because I believe that I would scare out any hands besides the top of his range. I don't think he would call a raise with a flush draw or mediocre pair. Even if he had taken a 'c-bet' line with 66 they dropped in value against a bigger PP.
River:
The river completes a flushdraw and he checks. At this moment I think he knows I have at least a full house, so even if he hits a flush he probably knows it's no good. I think he would've bet his own full houses higher than ~99 or TT as I would've reraised QQ+ preflop and I don't think he would put me on quads after not raising the turn, any lower pair is still in my range however (22-55 being less likely than 77-TT of course.)
What would be a good play to extract value?, and what could we assume he has here, because that's the main thing that confused me. I know a lot of the assumptions I make above probably don't even make sense to a good player, but I got really confused in this hand.
