Default US banks not accepting checks from poker sites!?!

My wifey found this flyer somewhere stating the following:

"In accordance with the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) of 2006, Millenium Bank is required by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Federal Reserve Board to notify all of the bank's business and commercial costomers of the following.

UNLAWFUL INTERNET GAMBLING TRANSACTIONS ARE PROHIBITED.
You may not use your account or any other service we offer to recieve any funds, transfer(s), credit(s), intrument(s) or proceeds that arise out of a business that is unlawful under the UIGEA. Restricted transactions are those transactions in which a person is engaged in the business of betting or wagering accepts credit(s), funds, checks, instruments or other proceeds from another person in connection with Unlawful Internet Gambling. The bank my block or reject any such restricted transactions. Further, the bank reserves the right to close any account which we believe is involved with such transactions.

This is a standard notification required by the Regulation. If this notice does not apply to you, no action on your part is required.

Please contact your local Millenium Bank office if you have any questions."

This isn't my bank. It is one of the banks in my area tho. Is this gonna become standard?? Has anyone even seen this before with thier banks? Dunno but looks shitty for US players, no?
