Badbeat or Variance... or ....

On Monday I managed to bink the PokerstarsRadio $1 Hyper (1st of 157)... winner gets a $215 WCOOP ticket! (StarsRadio calls winner on phone, winner answers phone with 'the phrase that pays' to get the ticket).

I sit waiting for call for 45mins.(wasn't playing anything & was planning on going to work for a bit). I write to support telling them I won the StarsRadio $1 Hyper & am waiting for phonecall so I can answer with 'the phrase that pays' > "Show Me The Money!".
Finally my phone rings (a cellphone I never us and had just re-activated a few days prior) I go to answer it & puts incoming call 'on hold' (I don't know wtf is going on... am I getting two calls coming in at once?).. I click 'send'... I answer with "SHOW ME THE MONEY!" (< the 'phrase that pays')... but it has gone 'on hold' AGAIN!!! wtf!!!
I click 'send' again, I can hear voices faintly in background, I'm not sure though if my call is even connected ... I say, "hello? .. hello? .. SHOW ME THE MONEY!" He answers laughing tells me 'You lose!'... I forget what I said then... but do know it included f___ a couple times, LOL.
idk... 'almost' another one, LOL.
