Default -25BI swing. Welcome to ipoker

Bout a month ago got offered 50% rb on ipoker in a special deal. So started playing there.

Now at the wrong end of a 25BI (@20NL) downswing instigated by this moronic site. Losses on the site are treble my EV (negative). Only 15k hands but can't help making the link between the start of this downswing, my biggest ever, and starting playing on the site.

Don't know if its just bad variance or really is site-related in some way. I've played for about 5 years and have just blown a noticable chunk of profit. It definitely seems to tilt me more easily than other sites. I don't feel like I play as good there besides the bad luck.

Anyone else find it more difficult to win on ipoker?

I've a mind to go back to FT even though they dont give me rb. The games seemed so much less tedious and less boring there. And I could win. Ipoker just wants to rape my account and spit in my face on the river.

But common sense tells me to stay with the best rb deal. Someone talk some common sense to me.

Also pissed cos I just put £20 on red in anger and it came up black. Shit day.

I've found different sites seem to play different ways. On Everest people used to bluff all the time, so I made good profit bluffing, then I moved to iPoker where people never bluffed and I lost a bunch until I started adjusting. Its weird, dunno why its that way, but its what I've noticed. Maybe you just didn't adjust to the games changing.

The ipoker software is just intrinsically tilting. I can't deal with it either.

Are you still at ipoker bjsaust? If so do you still find it to have a lower bluffing frequency than other sites? I agree it does seem a bit tighter than Pacific + FT.

Just reread my post, obviously I made good profit on Everest by bluff catching not by joining the bluffing crows.

No, I'm not on iPoker anymore. Last person I spoke to playing there agreed it was still like that though. iPoker is all about value betting and folding otherwise (at lower stakes anyway).

Agree, iPoker is swingy as hell. People raise because they think they should, 3 bet a ton even at the low stakes because someone told them they should. At iPoker, play a lot more straight up and find a ton of weak regs that have good RB deals and play BE poker. There are a ton of them.

parislad, what's your sn? pm me if you want, i have been regrinding a roll at the SSNL's on Will Hill and probably played you some.
