Yeah, Rilla did great with his angels in stopping the NKs, and Luco's fake peek of Wolf Wuf yesterday provided great cover for me.

IDK I guess I'll find out when we read WC but I thought I was doing a decent job repping seer.

I thought peeking rascal V would work because the FTR players apparently have trouble reading him. And with Wuf, I was ~ 95% certain he was FOS but I was also hedging in a way so that I could provide cover for him if he was actually the seer. The "get on my level" posts were aimed at the 5% of the time Wuf was the seer so he would stop trying to blow up my seer cover.

I mean, I thought the wolves would have to consider me the seer since I was SO certain he wasn't. but Luco crushed it even harder.

BTW the modpeeks wouldn't have mattered at this point because Rilla could simply confirm who he saved each night.

My main concern yesterday is when you started to push Boog, my N1 peek. I was so glad to see Luco fake peek so I didn't have to claim yesterday.

In hindsight it's easy to say I'm sure wuf was lying but even though I was 99% sure, those minutes before dhubs confirmed it were an eternity

I think the angel saves getting announced was unfair, it really favours the village. Given how strong we were playing though I don't think changing it would have changed the outcome

actually most of the game I thought Rilla was the seer. The way he stated that I was 100% a villager, bank it, was SO strong I thought he looked me up night 1.

Obviously, I don't know the meta here that well. But, I don't see an advantage to all this claiming. I think there must be at least 1 wolf in the claims or a vanillager providing cover. Also, I don't think we're as ahead as Gabe mentioned in one of his posts. Yes, the NK was blocked by the angel, but the vig took out a villa.

Gabe brings up some good points, but I don't think they're all valid depending on which claims are real. Claimfests this early in the game don't usually work to the villas advantage from my experience.

It's rascal, you're much more likely to be confident enough he's a villager to fake peek him than you are to actually look up someone you can read so well. You helped us find the seer, rather than repping him. I don't think it's as pro-town as you think, or at the very least certainly has its downside.

I haven't always read rascal well but I do think he'd be in my pile of people to peek if I were the real seer because he's A. not a nom target, especially with Gabe and Rilla so clearly being villagery on D1 and B. he's been pushed by wolves a lot so far at FTR.

The thing with rascal is, he was literally the only person who had given us no reason to cross him off the list.

But we felt a cleared wolf was more important than killing the seer. Well, I felt that anyway. We all agreed that it was better to lose like this.

This wolf team actually was well balanced.

wuf was easily the best special hunter, I think he sniffed out rilla and rascal d1.

luco is exceptionally good at talking like a villager when he's a wolf.

and I'm crazy with crazy ideas.
