Villain has open shoved four or five times already, and was never so short that his only choices were shove or fold. It's become his game to open shove whenever it's folded to him. Once, he showed 8,6 suited. Another time, he showed 10,7 off.

Yep. As I said, Villain was never ever a short stack to merit starting this in the first place. The SnG also had 10-minute blind levels.

It's tough to fold, but I wouldn't call a shove here. Even though it's aggravating, if they are shoving with T8 offsuit, it's the same odds as them shoving with AK. Pocket seven are almost always a coin flip at best in this situation.

How confident are you that he's shoving any two? If he is, you should call since you're well ahead of his range. Otoh, if you feel he's "only" shoving 50%, that shifts the odds quite a bit since it means you're flipping much more of the time.
