First ever FT in less than 10 MTTs played. Thank you FTR and realpokertraining.com!

$2.00 + 50c PL Fast on Pacific Poker
    Position 5th
    Return $31.60

Small change (1 SNG will return me more normally) but my second money finish and finally my MTT game is making progress. One hairy moment when my KK pot raise was called and flop came AAx, but he had 22. As I only had 150 chips, him 250 with 6000 pot I bet the flop. Why do you call almost all your chips (he had twice av. stack) with 22? Lost to KQ when I had KJ. 15000 chips and 6000 blinds. Probably should have laid down but huge chip leader was running over the table. Anyway, I'm rambling...cheers guys...wouldn't have done it without you all.

    AK hangin it up?
  24. #324
I hung it up until my financial situation could support depositing enough money to get away from the smaller limit games that were killing me because I'm too pigheaded to make proper adjustments.

Thanks to the magic of eBay and my roommates miraculously paying me back, that came sooner than expected.

    $5.00 + $0.50 Headsup Tourney..

    168 Entries..

    1st Place $226.80

This was my first time playing heads up turney. I only played because I thought my heads up game was really really weak. It did help that towards the later rounds, the players were uber aggressive. So i layed down hands, and just waited to grab post when i had the hand, being called all the way down. It was great...

My 2nd first place ever, first was a $3.00 that payed like $60...

Not even a big enough win to state, but I finally broke my final table drought today.

First final table in a few months, I am relieved.

just took 5th out of 275 in paradise sandbar tourney
    $25 buy-in
    $437 payout
took 1st in this tourney week and a half ago or so

would have placed higher but fish called my push with AJ and hit his ace to crack my JJ. this fish proceeds to give away his good sized chip stack within a couple of hands to get knocked out in 4th. those type of fish are the worst, i absolutely hate them. how do they make it this far. these are the type of fish who will never be a victor, probably can't even win heads up if he got there.

on a side note.. gg golfer

3rd and $1240 in party $5 r+ a. I know i said i never play $5 + 1 on party cause of the 20% rake (I'm playing at the 30 sng level; i should really move up to the 50 for the extra chips and better standard of play but just can't make the break), but my excuse is it was a multi with a good return for the buy in (i rebought once and added on).
