Whats the formula for 3bet re stealing that accounts for icm

I have started playing lot of stt recently obviously at the bubble theirs players playing nearly atc on the bubble

I have tried to find a formula for 3bet restealing that accounts for icm but I cant find it

I know it would involve the bubble factor of kill everyone fame but beyond on that I am clueless

Don't think there's a formula per se, as 3-bet AI restealing is really all about fold equity rather than an ICM calculation.

I'd focus on factors like the number of chips that are required to call a 3-bet AI resteal, how much the caller would have left, table image/behaviour to date etc. to determine whether doing this is a smart move. Also, depending on the buyin, STT players often call far looser than they should on the bubble, particularly if you've been aggressive.
