I always feel at the table that these spots are great, but then the person flatting all too often flips over a big pair and I feel that the warning signs were there. Fact is, AK AQ 88 etc, the kind of hands we're happy to take on, are usually shoving to ISO to the short stack. The fact this guy doesn't shove has me worried that we're dominated. We have very little fold equity, he's not putting 1/3 of his stack in to fold, so I think in theory we should fold, but that doesn't mean to say it's what I actually do.
Any reads on the guy flatting, or pfr?
*edit - I didn't read renton's post before posting. Yeah based on it being a protected pot and just 6k into 30k, we can probably call, but pfr is yet to act so I'm not sure.
