Personally I wouldn't lead the flop, don't hate it but with two opps in the hand I think I'd prefer to make my hand before putting chips in the pot.

As played, I think the turn call is OK and now on the river I put in a solid bet of like 2/3 pot or something.

I like the flop bet. Sometimes you take down the pot and sometimes you make the pot bigger for the case you hit. Investing 40 to make a couple of hundreds more by river looks like a good idea.

I'd bet more on turn as any club, queen or nine would be scary. As played, I'm sort of torn between calling and re-raising. I guess calling is better for early stage pot control?

River seems like the easiest street here. You bet your flush for value, that's all. No reason to pay too much attention for that gay min-raise - there are still lots of worse hands he'll call with. If you do get coolered then whatever.
EDIT: Or do you mean to check to induce a weak hand to bet? I'd need a heck of a read for that.

Oh, I missed the turn bet sizing - for sure I bet at least 80-100 on the turn.

I check call the river to most bets. Taipan is right to not lead the flop. Even with a strongish draw at this stage of a game it is best to play passively when oop. Open betting encourages made hands and stronger draws to value raise, then what? Do you call the raise or fold your draw that you opened? It doesn't seem like you are getting better hands to fold by opening.
