I'd cram, if you were OOP I would go with 3 bet 1/3 of stack or so

3-betting/shoving flop from blinds is brilliant. I totally see why you'd rather stick it all in pre in position.

with no antes, you can actually call pre and just play fit or fold with position. A shove pre is totally fine too. And yeah this would be a pretty ideal go'n'go spot if you were in the blinds. Since you are actually the button, with a 40 BB stack, 3-betting here is awkward.
