    Default Is this a shove?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, 1.5 Tournament, 400/800 Blinds 50 Ante (5 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from Play Online Poker, Site Reviews & Poker Forum | FlopTurnRiver.com

    UTG (t5210)
    Hero (MP) (t7660)
    Button (t4260)
    SB (t2830)
    BB (t7040)

    Hero's M: 5.28

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q, 10
    1 fold, Hero bets t7610 (All-In), Button calls t4210 (All-In), 2 folds

    Flop: (t9870) 6, 2, 7 (2 players, 2 all-in)

    Turn: (t9870) 2 (2 players, 2 all-in)

    River: (t9870) 9 (2 players, 2 all-in)

    Total pot: t9870

Switched from cash to SnG's gonna try and beat the 18 player fields.

Is it correct to play a lot more aggro around the bubble?

I'd rather see ~2000. If BTN or SB shove then go with it, but you can still get away if BB decides to get it in (not a battle you want to fight with QTo). More than likely you take some tasty blinds.

Typically a smallish raise is enough at this point. Most people are just looking for a hand to shove with. No need to shove in first when they've already made up their minds about shove/fold before you even acted.

Is this an 18-man SNG? If it is, it's a ICM question.

Whatever you do, do not raise to 2k here.

Yes 18-man. Top 4 paid, so this is the bubble stage.

I can't see this being a fold, especially considering some of the time when you get called and lose you still have chips left

What do you think is the worst hand you can shove with is?

Jamming this is good. Your jamming range should be quite wide.

Yes if you're the chip leader.

    donkbee says it all ^

Playing aggro is good to put pressure on other players, who will be less willing to risk all their chips when there are short stacks who will go out soon

Am I reading this right that its $1.50 buyin? These players don't see ICM. They see that they have 2 cards and "OMG HE RAISED! THAT'S HALF OF MY CHIPS!!!!" We don't need to roll the dice here. For $20, shove all day.

this is pretty much the easiest windmill slam all in ever. don't listen to anyone who tells you otherwise.

raising to 2k here is simply awful. if we really want to raise/fold here (not saying with QTo, just saying if we wanted to) all we need to do is minraise. doing anything else is pretty lol bad.

Shoving isn't a bad play at all. But just keep in mind, if you get called, (especially by anybody other than the small stack) it is almost a guarantee that you're getting called by a better hand.

With that being said, not a bad play at all. It's never a bad idea to get more aggressive around the bubble.

any call makes u behind, be aggresive yes but with at least a hand with K OR A,

Easy shove... if you make a min-raise willing to fold to a re-raise, then you might as well fold to begin with.

The power of the shove is you take away other's re-raise when they have less than QT.

    QTo vs a range of 55+ A8s+ A9o+ KQs : 34.9%

    A2o : 29.2%
