Should I have just called, even though the BB already put his tournament life at risk with two behind to make a decision? Or did I make a good fold? I figured someone had better than AQ off in there.

Unless this is an ICM dominated decision, you need 47% equity. Fold is good.

I'm constantly surprised at the crap these guys show up with in low buy in mtt's. I call.

You need to call 2813 and the pot is 6793, if I calculated correctly and if BTN folds. That means you need just 29% equity to break even in chips. Considering the buy-in I'd call.

Also, I'd mostly just open shove this.

This seems like easy open shove to me as well, but I'm still trying to get my head around why it's good to min-raise and how to play again min-raise.

How many BB do you have to have if you are a min-raiser to open shove instead?

Low stake, I say call, higher stake, fold that shit, My motto is you can always see the next hand.... Seems conservative, but it helps me last longer in both tourney and sng's
