Default QQ with big stack against 2 shorties ($11 45man turbo)

What do you guys think? Using Pokerstove and putting opps on 7% and 11% (realistic? I dunno), I've got almost 49% equity and getting 2.4/1 on a call. Now, before you break your mouse, this is a 45 man tourney, I've already got a healthy stack, and you dont need to go nutso everytime one of these situations come up. I play 45s like an extended SNG. (Tight until blinds go up, then gradually push smaller edges.) Any thoughts about that are welcome as well.

Doesn't look like hectorx really wants a call here by pushing over the top. I'd say it's a call in this situation because sometimes you're up against two AK, or underpairs, or even some crap like AJ every now and then.
Plus, even if you lose the hand you still have chips to play.

That's what I figure. So I guess no one objects to my ranges? Can someone find a fold here for some reason? I certainly cant, I just want to find someone who can and what the reasoning might be. Personally, with given stacks, I'm probably calling here 100%. This is good poker, no? I know you ALWAYS call in a vacuum getting 2 to 1 against one opp. What about two?

don't forget you smooth called to start, your hand is wildly under repped. If everyone had ~5k, and if you had 3 bet and then seen a 4 bet shove and a call, we could maybe talk about folding. Once you cold call you're setting up a squeeze play for someone else.

smooth calling with QQ here is not good poker. The last thing you want is 4 people calling behind you. Shorty raised UTG, he almost surely has a hand he wants to go with that you beat, isolate him. He'll miss a lot of flops with AT or 99 and may give up when he has to pay you off pre flop.

if your smooth calling a minraise preflop UTG+1 here it is to induce a shove, not to fold.

Exactly, but I want it to be a shove by a stack that doesnt scare me. Turns out I got two. Now if another big stack shoves behind me, I can think about folding this and preserving chips. Again, this isnt a giant MTT, its a 45 man. The final table chip average is ~7000. I can pick on little stacks from here and make it. If the original raise was from a deeper stack, I would definitely not be smooth calling. Fold or push, though I rarely fold QQ ever and probably would not here.

At the FT 5k stack is about 5 bets and giving up a chance to have a 10k stack instead where you can maybe bully the table is a huge edge to pass on.

I'm not so sure. In a $12 45man turbo, 5k can be about 5-10 BB. What's the difference, right? Well, since the payout structure isnt as steep toward the top as a deeper MTT, doesn't it make since, from a ROI standpoint, to take that into consideration? Once it gets down to 18 players, it turns into an extended SNG. If you're in the top half of the field and the top 7 get paid, it makes since to pick and choose your spots a little more carefully. Yeah, I like being the big stack and I win more often with it, but I found I needed a better ITM percentage since winning the thing only gets you 16 buyins.
