I guess if he is opening a ton you can easily 3bet allin your 14BB stack here.

Also you still get insane odds to just flat with an above average hand which also is pretty easy to play postflop with your stacksize , but I'd probably wouldn't never fold in this spot vs this player pre.

I think this depends on the information about the raiser. Given his stack, he is likely trying to steal the blinds from CO.
You have 13bb effective stack because you have already posted the bb. If you push and he folds, you would be winning 2bb from his raise+1,5bb (bb and sb)+1bb from antes=4,5bb. This is almost 1/3 of your stack, and from his position and given his stack, he is going to open lots of hands to try to steal the blinds so here you have to push.
pd: If he is very nit it is better to fold, but you know that since you were playing against him.

good spot to go'n'go. Raise to 93333 and shove pretty much any flop if called, and sigh and call pre if he 4-bet shoves on you.

Everything but folding looks profitable here. This hand flops so well that I probably just flat and check/defend the flop as appropriate.

All this. Don't fold. With your stack I would reraise all-in.

If villain min-bets whenever he can (=whenever folded to him), then you are way ahead against his range.
And as 21/23, you don't have much to lose.
