Personally I think I would have just checked the flop and tried for a free card, particlarly because UTG is still to act.

Anyway, as played it is a bad spot. However, because opp raised on the flop I wonder whether he is more likely to have Qx, two pair or a set rather than a flush draw?

Do you think an opponent with Qx, 2 pair or a set would go for the check-raise on the turn as well ?

reads would help, but its such a bizarre line with a flush draw on the flop. also im not sure if he would bet that much with a flush, looks like hes scared of the spade rather than in love with it. id probs get it in and if he had a flush then type some abuse in chat about how badly he played it in chat

I think bet/call flop is fine. If villain is not an absolute donk he wont checkminraise flushdraws on flop--to me it looks like he wants value.
So imo his range is more KQ, Q9,33 or some random 2pair hands maybe 99 which we dominate. Thus shove it in, be happy, if he has flush don't berate him like normajean said. Fishiest line ever for a flush though.

I agree with you that the check/raise on the turn makes Qx far less likely, but I could see him C/R the turn with KQ or a set
