Good fold equity spot imo. Caller never calls and you probably overfold in that spot. Obviously it's far too much of an overadjustment (i.e. he shoves everything here?) but it's good to shove wide here as such a big chip lead.
  4. #4
Definitely an over-adjustment as most the players won't be opening much more than 10%-15% with this guy in the bb, plus the flat caller has JJ+ often. Running some HRC ICM calcs is really interesting though:

    - if I'm opening 11%, he should jam 33% and I should call TT+ AKs, AKo is bang on breakeven. The other 67% of hands are only small losing plays.

    - If I lock villain to jamming ATC, I call off 88+, ATs+, AQo+. What I don't understand about HRC yet is that now only 99+, AQs+, AKo are profitable jams for him.

Will dig into it some more - HRC is really interesting in these ICM spots.

Final table bubble tonight. Maybe I can take a lower variance line with the two shorties, but villain is a whale and I want to win rather than ladder up 5 Euros.
