Default find the problems with this play

Limp pre was a misclick, but after the hand was over I started thinking this play is pretty awesome... what are some negatives? This is a 24 freeze, I am running 25/21 over 50, opp is 16/16 over 20.

    - Lots of people fear the limp raise from EP and the weakest players swear it is AA 100% of the time.
    - 3 betting gay mp minraises is goot.
    - Most often minraises are feeler raises from weak players.
    - minraise indicates he's afraid to build a pot pre, so you might as well work that fear to your advantage.
    - tons of better hands fold.

Oops you wanted negatives. Those are harder.

Rarely will you be comfortable post flop being oop.
Overall I think given the limp it's not a bad way to respond to the minraise. If called or 4 bet, you clearly know where you stand.

which flops do you think are hard to play?

    I'm intrigued.
I'd like to know how you'd play some flops oop, let's see...

given our action pre how do you think we should play a flop? Let's assume it's a clean looking flop for AA.

So if he calls pre you'll continue to play it like AA. So the only thing you would slow down would be like a KKx, QQx or JJx flop? I guess I gotta grow a pair or something. When he calls pre, I think I'd be pretty shaky about continuing unless I hit something at least. Ofcourse, I DO play at the stakes where people can't find the fold button... ever...

I am trying to get better and I love MTT s so I am gonna give it a go. Please be gentle :P

There are not many flops that are good for T7c. But the way we played it we represent AA (not even KK I think). His stats show that he is not getting into marginal situations cause he raises every hand he plays. I am confused by his minraise and the only thing I can think of is, he could be trapping too...

So as I write these I am lost of what to do. It would be good to know the full preflop action.... He folded, called or 4 bet shoved us? I think the first and last are easy.

If he calls, the question is what is his range in relation to the MP minraise/call. That is tough. It only tells me he has sth like AJ, AT, KQ, KJ, KT or mid pairs 99, 88, 77, or even small pairs like 66, 55. Now why he would call a 3 bet with sth like that if he knows he could be facing AA? I don't know, bad play?. He hopes for a AA beating flop, like trips, boats, broadways, flush if he is suited.

So I agree that if it is a "clean looking flop for AA" we should cbet hard (a bit less than pot size) and fold to a 3-bet.

    Am I completely misguided?

So if he calls there's 1080 in the pot, you both started with 3100, so you're both around 2600. Flop comes, you cbet - what like 700-800? Do you give up after that if he calls your cbet or just ship the turn if it looks blank?

I'd c bet about HPS and then give up if I couldn't beat a hand that beats AA.

this is fine but def means you strongly consider limp RRing AA in EP if people won't ever fold.

Yes, have definitely pulled this off, the problem is at 2NL and 5NL and even 10NL full ring, everyone is often content to limp along, so sometimes you'll play AA vs. 6 hands or something. It is funny though, I'll often minraise from ep with KK or AA and someone will 3bet and I'll shove and they call with jacksquat. Why not just give up? I seriously think the fold button is tough for them to consider.
